Can you guess what I started replaying, hehehe.
So yeah started a new game of "Skies of Arcadia Legends" today, it looks kind of bad on my HD TV but oh well, if Sega did an HD port I would buy it day one I even still have the original Dreamcast release of the game.
So yeah here's Aika, i drew her cuz shes cool and cute in all her Tomboyness. I think i have Ryan's series of Roll in costume pics on the brain because I kept seeing Roll dressed as Aika but Halloween is over and that was Ryan's thing. I like how this came out i might do more Skies fanart at some point

Man, I don't even know what one looks like. Wasn't it the grey one with the controller that sort of looked like the snowspeeders from Star Wars.

Aika's one of my fave JRPG characters. And I agree if they re-released the game, I'd buy it.
I'd love to see them totally make it over, too. Some of the animations feel a little wooden these days, and sailing the sky with a really good draw distance, lighting effects and the like in HD would be amazing.

I believe they were on record saying that they feared they would let their fans down because of the massive expectations a sequel would inevitably command.
To an extent, they are right.
But as an unflaggingly huge fan of the game, I would love to see either a direct or a generational sequel.
