The second last image in the 'blue city' series, one last one to go.
I don't have much to say about this one that I haven't covered already in the previously submitted images. I think all the characters and creatures in this image are just screaming for one more detail pass to properly define their features however this is the learning process, you gotta make those mistakes (and just as importantly acknowledge them) in order to understand how to get better.
Anyway aside from my deranged ramblings I hope ye enjoy!

Whoa, nice one.
I've got an idea that gathered dust for several years now, still haven't put it to words... But this strangely reminded me of that! It's an underground city, population around 2M, with buildings hanging from the top to bottom, like stalactite columns, and a colossal railway station at the cave's bottom. The cavern, located somewhere in Gothic New Bavaria (South Germany), would be a staging station for megalith trains and tracked mobile cities. I haven't decided yet on technology level and emotional environment of the thing, but it could range from high fantasy, steampunk, dieselpunk, across cyberpunk and onwards to space opera and beyond.
