Rel is a sorcerer that owns a small shack-like shop called The Oddity Emporium. There he sells things such as animal body parts and skeletons, numerous brewing equipment and ingredients, embalming tools, herbs and spices, books, scrolls.
These kinds of things he sells to anyone but for 'special' customers he has more extravagent stock. The shop itself has secret openings and shelving for keeping things that regular people wouldn't be after, such as human souls.

So as you can imagine he's a pretty unusual guy. His species feeds off spirits and so he has an enchanted hat with a bell that starts ringing when a spirit or soul is nearby. He's not overly friendly as he's in a mood about something 95% of the time, meaning he frowns a lot. If you annoy him enough he'll probably cast something nasty on you. One thing that would quickly get you in trouble is making fun on his height. He's pretty small!
