Artist: Rusty Haller - R.I.P. [AQB52]
This is literally the zero hour of how I really became a Fur. Rusty was a great friend back in the days when ConnectiCon was my only convention I staffed. (Oh boy that has changed.) He wouldn't come to meetings often, but when he would we would sit at the diner right by the old offices talking about comics and webstuffs for hours.
One day, we spent an entire day talking about how he drew Bryanna Bunny and I joked if only I could be drawn like that. When next week rolled around he started asking me questions about my favorite colors and what kind of characters I liked in RPG's/comics. Little did I know what he was doing.
He then made this and blew me away. He took the time away from his impossible deadlines and already full convention art schedule and made this for me. He also handed me off to a bunch of really cool people who used to run the Anthro: All-in panels. Those people pretty much did the rest of the work.
Although this is not the most accurate fursona, I can say this is and will be my most cherished gift I've ever received and it's a shame I can't thank him everyday.
I miss you!
