I've had people to that to me, but in an opposite fashon. I ask an artist if they're taking commissions.... and they read it.... and they dont reply.... yet they proceed to finish and take OTHER commissions.

I hate asking people if they allow adult gift art of there character, or other stuff like that, and they never reply.

I know sometimes I'll read a note but run out of time to reply (I drive a semi) and then forget to get back.

However, I'd like to think I'd get back to commissioners pretty quickly.
