Bio: Another villain who joined the dark side due to being a butt-hurt brat. Lester Crane was an infamous comedian who made comedy his life. He's held many shows throughout the land, but all of his shows ended the same way, with a shower of soda cups and a torrent of boos. Everyone hated his jokes. And one day, he was driven off the deep end. He wanted revenge for the treatment he got.
Being an electric eel, Electromancy powers came naturally for him. But he studied to become really powerful at it. He also likes to set up electric-operated traps and is always doing what he does with a joke and a laugh. Don't let that fool you, he's still a competent villain.

Bio: Cogs used to work on the same crew as Triple B (Boom Bang Badger) and several other moles, and was involved in a crime that ended in the murder of another worker. No one knew who the murderer was at the time, but someone saw someone else with red eyes. Cogs had contacts on through the ruse, hiding his pupils, but eventually Boom Bang Badger found out. As it turns out, Cogs said the victim "ruined his life" which was why he did it. Not wanting anyone else to find out, Cogs tried to kill Triple B, but was defeated and jailed.
Cogs does not have any super-powers. He is also not a real doctor or scientist. He was originally recruited as a grunt among the Cloak's ranks, but impressed the cloak with his ability to operate a mechanical suit, and his knowledge in bombs, which was comparable to Triple B. Cogs became yet another beast seeking revenge, and its name was Boom Bang Badger.
