Great work. I get too fed up with drying colors to use acrylic. That or having to constantly recreate colors that are drying on the page, lol. But You seem to have it down perfectly. ^_^ Love it.

Between the color and anatomy on the coyote, the background of the piece in the sky, hills and trees - it almost makes me feel as if I'm looking at a postcard. I'd like to go back and visit my family in Texas, after seeing this. Any art that evokes that sort of emotion is by definition fantastic.

This right here is what my home region on the High Plains of Texas looks like. Brings a tear to my eye to see how beautiful and scenic this is.

If I'm going to be 100% honest, it looks like you took a trip to Wimberly/Canyon Lake Tx and studied the environment pretty well. The background reminds me of places on the river that are really shallow where you can see the rocks underneath the water and of course the coyote is a common sight around my area. So far I've seen a few of them on the edge of the woods where I used to work and maybe 1 or 2 by my house towards the back. Very well done.
