Is she the pilot, and officer or a recruiter?
It's very nice pose and again the proportions are great.
There seems to be some odd lighting issue just below the top and at the junction of the left shoulder/arm (right for the viewer).
The mech looks great as well, noticeably better than the stormtroopers. ;)
