This is great. I'm gonna read this over a few times a week, I need reminding. I don't know why I keep forgetting, even when I'm saying it out loud to myself and others.

At least you're putting in the effort. That's the big hurdle I face..I had grown complacent. I'm not going to expect the worst from me anymore, or put in the least amount of effort. It gets a little easier, every day.
