If you're not familiar with the Jax & Daxter series, an Ottsel is an otter/weasel hybrid, and looks like This.
What you see here is a female snow leopard hybrid'd with an Ottsel. So now it's a snow leopard/otter/weasel, so a Snottsel I guess. Christ, that name is never going to catch on x3
