Thanks ^_^ It's true I usually don't think to take a few pics from a so low angle, and don't see a lot taken by other suiters.
But as there was some stairs, I thought it would be a good opportunity to take a pic from a different angle. I wasn't even thinking specially about a micro/macro theme when I asked to my photographer for this one, but more of something about the song "this boots are made for walking..." But I will work on this idea and try it again when I will get the chance.
I've already tried some macro shoot here with giants big rats if you want to take a look :)

Really was impressed when seeing this on the Browse page, couldn't help but go check it from a closer look and comment it ;) I'm sure it would be freakin awesome seeing more of these kind of photos of your suit, gives some sort of awesome and unusual feel to it because of how rare such photos are ;P *hugs* Wouldn't mind having news about pics like those~ Yet as I said, I really like this suit's design since it looks more epic and not like some sort of mascot XD But that's just personal opinions there ;) I mean, someone could easily use that as some sort of ref for a drawing XD

Also, that other pic is kinda fun in its ways XD

About the pic, my friend did took a few other, but it wasn't very easy to him, because he's not used to my camera, and I don't have a great wide angle on this one, but I've got a few other lenses here, so I should be able to make a better shoot. I always invite friends I'm lending my camera to take as many pictures they can and to try things even if it seems silly, because we can get nice and/or original shoots sometimes, and it's often worth the try :)

Completely agree with this. Very rare for there to be macro/micro pics of suiters that turn out this good!

I would have loved to go with you on your trip to japan, it's years that I want to go back there, but next year with AC and some other con it will be hard to do. Maybe I will go back there in 2015.
