Ok, this is a little something I messed with, figuring this is something you might see when you are receiving a secured message on a PADD (or other computer system) in the Chakat Universe coming from the Stellar Federation.

1280 by 720 is what I'm getting. What I was hoping for was that the 'small type' was easily readable, but it still looks compressed/blurred if you try to enlarge it to cover a larger screen ...
