So basically I had this idea, about a cop who takes repeat offenders and breaks them his own way, by shrinking them and working them to the bone until they're broken. Then he builds them back up to normal functioning members of society. But to do this, he needs the help of a friend he abandoned long ago, a goat who dabbles in magic.

Tummy is not fat x.x He's based on a goat I knew IRL that I turned into an anthro, originally I was going to replace the name but.. I fell inlove with Tummy being.. well Tummy. While he's not fat I think some manner of vore might come into play later with his character.
