i think it's the concept of seeing a smoothe body shape that almost looks nude, only, the skin isn't skin, it's some sort of plastic in a completely different color, almost like a full body latex suit. on top of that, there are things that break up the smoothness there too, makes her look like she's wearing things over what she's wearing. basically, this piece gives the impression of a nude red and white cat type creature, wearing nothing but long gloves and thigh high boots, if you threw in some anatomical correct parts, it would be very sexual.^^

it is the impression of sexuality that gives this a sexual appeal, if you added boobs and a vagina, it would make her sexuality more apparent, but that isn't needed. she has a smooth body that is a cyborg body, but gives an appearance of a nude body in a color other than flesh or fur colors.
