Awesome isn't it

I have that Cars album on cassette tape. Have had it since the 80's. Nice choice of stereo equipment too. Pioneer made really good stuff back then. (still do too)

I love the Cars they are my fav band right now.
And yeah pioneer is great, I was super lucky to get all this for free its from 1974.
And the sound from that receiver is better than any MP3 in the world, its just amazing.

A lot of people prefer the sound and tonal quality that older receivers/amps have, especially the old amps that use vacuum tubes. I grew up around them and they still hold a special place for me. Most of my older music is on cassette because my parents didn't like my music and so I installed a tape deck in my car. It was an Audiovox underdash unit (cheap) and Sony coaxial 2 way speakers mounted in the back shelf behind the back seat. I loved it and almost wore out some of my tapes. My Dad just shook his head and told me that was a lot of money for noise LOL

Music is the best human invention there is. Honestly I dont understand how some people don't like music. It confuses me.
I do play it really loudly and I don't think my mum's so happy about my collection. She say's things have gotten smaller for a reason and that I'm just using up more room lol.

Yeah I know right. I can't believe its exactly 40 years old cause the condition is like brand new, I just love it.
