Winter has arrived in Canada which means clipping of horses! My barn clips the horses because after working in the indoor arena they get extremely hot and sweaty so to avoid keeping them indoors for hours after their work out they get clipped so sweat can evaporate much faster. Of course horses that are clipped have a fairly heavy winter blanket on at almost all times.

i hope you keep him inside because the sweat from under the blankets gets trapped and can turn to ice on their backs if he is outside all the time. (my horse is an outdoor boy 24/7) im not trying to be a bitch at all here but the ice thing can cause arthritic and stuff. But anyway he is stunning! what a pretty boy. <3
