EDIT:: Made this for my first suit, Starlit. When I made improvements on the suit, I did some "cavity removal" with a dremmel tool to get rid of that burn spot. It's held up awesomely for 4 years (partying and all). Made of super sculpy around a sturdy flat base, I recommend this method for beginning fursuit makers if other options seem too tedious. Be careful though, because they WILL crumble if not baked properly or if handled extra roughly.
