As mentioned in title, it's both a commission from MaoOtter, and a gift for Shinytotodude http://www.furaffinity.net/user/shinytotodude/ , it's a piece continuing from another MaoOtter commission I got http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10427829/ , my characters Ninetales transformation fully completed, and giving a ride to the Vulpix that changed him, and also his happy Totodile friend.
