Nicknamed the "Wind Whistler" she is an alchemist who invented sound alchemy.
Her specialty is to manipulate sound waves as they travel through micro-particles in the air so as to distort them or change their frequency. Some of the many effects this can cause are: voice mimicry, Sonic booms or destructive blasts, muting, and seizures.
