Helloooo I'm still alive yes thanks for caring o.o

Decided to start posting again here on FA. Been doodling a lot on OpenCanvas lately and tonight I scribbled this out. Decided I wanted to draw Falco (Which I'm simply love. He's so cool!), and yes, it's the first time I tried drawing him and pretty much the first time I draw avian art ('cept for the odd gryphon here and there).

This isn't supposed to be one of those "Mommy look, I got good while I was out!", quite the contrary actually, it's something different and I happened to like the results, aesthetically speaking instead of technically speaking.

And dang... this is too much explanation for as imple pic o.o

Drew everything here, no reference, EXCEPT for the red blobbish background (Which, let's face it, is the coolest thing in the entire bloody image), which was drawn by my recently enslaved abstract background artist Casey. But anyway... Like I said before, somehow I really like this pic. Think it's the whole somewhat minimalistic feel to it, not to mention the playfullness and.. dang.. feathers! Feathers are cool. I'm definitely drawing more avians from now on.
