I've been redeveloping my style (That is to say, trying to FIND one) - but faces still bug me a lot, so I've been grinding them in the hope if I do it enough I'll level up in drawing afces =p
I'm just hoping life is a grind based system and not XP based, otherwise I'll have to kill people til I get enough experience points ;)

I believe life's a mix of grinding and XP. You get your XP when you grind, and your skill raises a little in the process. But then you need to find a Teacher. Not necessarily a university professor, but someone who'd say a couple of right words, or maybe even see a picture which you'd suddenly understand. Which levels you up dramatically. And then grind again.
