Naw, Niall is safe. That's the blank "screensaver" look in her eyes; she's not the predatory sort (usually), and since swallowing something nearly as big as herself would require considerable effort and attention, that would require her to be in a more 'alert' frame of mind.
Normally, Picie just spaces out, and ends up gulping down whatever she was chewing on... which tends to be whatever she was holding or was close enough to pick up with minimal effort.

Having objects like rocks or bowling balls as the closest available item is why her teeth are missing/broken.

A SMALLER person (Say like a oddly split-color kitsune) might have something worry about, but for now, Niall's hand makes a great chew toy.

Picie is so cute, the fact that she obliviously eats people just makes it so much more adorable X3
