I just now noticed the white space around the words very closely follows each letter's curves and spacing. Do you do that with some kind of large white stroking of the letters as shapes? It's effective as a word balloon, without taking large amounts of the background away.

Heh, yep just a white stroke - I always find speech bubbles end up having to be ginormous and you end up with so much white space X3 Plus this is easier, hehe!

Ah, fantasy... and great reveal on the face there! Muzzle shifts are hard as hell... (worst thing I've ever done was eagle to sergal. How does a beak truly recede?)

Even a tf like this here is weird... having your canines somehow shrink into an equine shape.
But the aforementioned TF I had the face come and swallow the palate, and the teeth grew into the gums around what was once the outside of the beak as the beak shifted.
Birvan and I both agree - beak TFs are shite.

(Can you imagine explaining teeth to a species that lacks them? "We have tens of little bones stuck into skin inside our mouth, and ideally they fit together and let you crush things in your mouth before you swallow them." "...Wouldn't the food fall out the sides?")
