Tobi, short for October, is owned by King (NSFW), an oranda goldfish dragon monarch.
She's spoiled, and well-treated, to the point King's subjects joke Tobi will be her named heir.

She spends most of her day sitting next to King, happily giving "kisses." (King is addicted to the vapour, since it's the closest she can get to smoking without harming her gills or lungs.)

She is affectionate, considerate, jovial, and empathetic.
However, she trusts too easily, a bit on the dull side, sensitive, and whiny.

Tobi's colour scheme was based off pumpkin spice and white chocolate truffles with cacao shavings. The "white chocolate" part of her eyes has light brown flecks.

Her name is short for October.
