This is Kali's "upgrade" outfit, after she's joined the private security force Knight Errant. Her outfits tend to borrow alot from video games and anime, so you might recognize what she's wearing here. She always has to have a fur collar and spikes when she's in-character as Ken-Oh ("Fist King"). I just wish her tail was included.
