Espurr has some competition in the " Creepy Pokemon stare "

Mega Banette is my favorite "Mega Designed Pokemon" it's mega design severs to improve on his original design rather than just add stupid design choices like make is look pointer and more aggressive, Yes I am looking at you Mega Heracross and Mega Tyranitar!

But I must say, it does look pretty creepy but awesome.

So I tried a more rough and sketchy look rather than a smooth look...
