The outfit and setting look nice, but the actual character design seems to be... A bit generic?

I dunno :T

I'd personally add some more distinguishable features to him, such as fur patterns, scars, piercings, Etc...

Yeah, but the position didn't allow me to show much of him.. Well, not enough anyway. And it's just a little character, scars, piercing, tattoos... Doesn't feel like you need those to be different

(but he is quite blend for now, I have to admit ^^')

Too obvious. And every thing I tried was making him too superficial to be honest. We can't really see it, but he got some stuff tattooed on his back, and a long pony tail ;3
