Oh ye, I remembered that I had this.

For the Perimeter Patrol image, I wantd to figure out what the patrollers would be wearing so I did this small brainstorm of greyscale designs followed by the coloured test image.

Armour was meant to be relatively mobile, mostly intended to prevent getting mauled by wild beasts rather than getting shot. Took features from old samurai and roman plate armours and sci-fi armour from a very specific game (see if you can guess which!).


But, to be honest…

…this whole design process probably hurt Perimeter Patrol more than it helped. Giving in to the temptation to detail the patrollers reduced their readability to nothing. :/
Plus, embarassingly enough, I forgot to account for additional equipment while drawing the designs. What a load of bollocks this experiment was.
