A piece I did for a friend, who's favorite Pokémon has always been Mew. He wanted something cute and for it to have an arctic theme so I got carried away with rendering all the details out but ended up having a lot of fun with it- especially the colors! No references used whatsoever for the environment, just wanted to let it do its own thing until it worked. I haven't drawn a Mew since Elementary school <3
