This is agorgeous picture! I love the details and the feel of it... If I was going to make one suggestion, it would be that the sky be a little more blue... but that's a persona; preference....
It's funny that this was just posted because when I was walking to school today i noticed that there were puddles everywhere even though almost all the snow was gone, so i figured it must have rained.... Turned out we had a thunder storm around eight this morning.

The bright blue sky is made to perform a contrast to the left darker place and may effect as a method to add some color dynamic...Well at least I intend to do so, but I don't know if it's well done though.
We had cloudy weather for weeks, so I sketched this as raining, then the sun has came out for a week, so I changed it to clearing after rain. But when it was finished, the rain started again ^^b

yeah... I can see how you did the transition with the clouds ^^ It's just hard to see the blue on my computer XD It looks closer to a pale blue... where I like the bright happy sky blue XD Kinda always reminds me that something good is coming ^^

Interesting. It's like a Japanese version of Venice with its canal system.
And it seems to take elements from the past and present, as it has modern day road signs and building advertisements, yet most of the characters are dressed in traditional clothing, and the buildings are built in an old design as well.
I could totally imagine a Studio Ghibli film taking place in such a setting.
