Best if Viewed on Full View

Today is my good friend  yoshiman1118's 27th birthday, and I felt bad for not being able to make him something for the occasion in time. He told me it was alright, but after all the cool stuff he's done for me this year (and all the time :b) it just wouldn't feel right to not make him at least something. It's the least I could do for such a great dude like him. It's not the best of quality, since it was sketched/colored in MS Paint but I didn't want to leave it as that so I added a few extra things. Took several hours but I kind of like it.

On the left is his character, YoshiMan, who really needs no introduction of his own. On the right is the same character, but like an "alter ego" of sorts that I put my own spin on. I like to call him "Plaid Y.M." from all the times I drew that version of him in Swapnotes on the 3DS to Y-Man (before Nintendo had to go and kill Swapnote!). There's not much a difference between YoshiMan and Plaid Y.M., except for the obvious difference of the latter wearing an open plaid shirt over his jersey and being a little more on the wacky side than his counterpart.

Anyway, before I go off making this even longer than it needs to be, I'll wrap this up and say...Happy Birthday, Y-Man. :b Thanks for always being such a dang great, cool, nice, and loyal friend all these years. Hope you have an awesome one.
