Following up from eating that spicy curry, I read up that milk cools the tongue. Whole milk is the best as it has the most fats and fats will coat your tongue and cause the heat level to decrease. So I set myself up with a big glass of milk, which then turned into another glass and eventually three one gallon jugs. I'm slowing starting to feel relief but I'll just drink ONE more jug just to be safe. And besides, kitty LOVES his milk. *sloshes* <3~
