Yep. I'm starting to reconsider how useful it will be, but it adds the capability to remove control or monitor the board (so your suit-handler can play a more active role in your costuming), monitor vitals, do remote datalogging, wireless firmware upgrades, I dunno.. The board will work fine without the BT module installed, and since it adds about $15 to the board, I'd call it optional.
