This was intended as a bit of gift art for the Ozy & Millie http://www.ozyandmillie.org/ web comic, depicting an elaborately re-imagined version of the character "Cap'n Locke" (or rather, as the character might imagine himself in full glory). It's not quite "fan art" and stands alone as a little illustration. It was a fairly quick piece, but I like how it turned out.
