Another OC that I created in an RP with 
Aoshi2012. She's also part of the Poke-Ops military that I had created in the RP... hmm. Here are the Details. She's very flighty, clumsy, sweet, nice, and she loves to have fun a lot, but when in combat.... she really knows when to be serious, but... she's not that good so she prefers to stay out of combat whenever she gets the opportunity to escape.

Hehe, this is a really nice picture you did here. If you didn't know, I am a big advocate of the buizel/floatzel line~ I could approve of this just because of the Pokemon in it, but the additions to her just make it look that much more enjoyable. I also adore the creatively simple water background.
