Anyhow, this is a pair of eyecup welding goggles (darkness #5 lenses, so they function as sunglasses just fine without making it hard to see) that I'm steampunking up. Currently All I've done to them is hit them with black spraypaint for the eyecups, and the lense-caps have been painted over with a 'hammered brass' finish spraupaint. I need to hit the lense-fittings with another coating of the brass and some sealer, then trim up some black suede I have for the eyecups and glue it down >.> Then it'll be embellishment time! :D

X3;; Hehe, they were like, $6 and the spraypaint I have was a total of $5 and will be used on other applications aside from this (so I only say about....m,aybe $0.75 of it was used on these?) so these in the end might cost around....$10-12 after the leather is applied, and depending on what sort of little extras I add.
