This is just a cropped version of a larger NSFW commission. I've had an idea of maybe having Garrus be black (and even with black eyes) as one solid colour but being able to shapeshift and colourshift at will.
Mostly just experimenting with colours, he'll probably have his shark head a bit more frequently but it's likely you'll see both head types.

Hehe exactly, what I'm thinking is this will be his default colour from now on, but he'll shift blue to look more normal as if blue snakes were even normal beforehand but, it'd really be depending on how he feels. Even if he could shift colour he's unlikely to go anything past blue and black anyway :P
Kinda like Mystique from Xmen, he basically will turn black when he loses concentration on holding his colour, and revert back to the above pictured form :P

Ah I was thinking the yellow eyes would do that, but the idea basically was that as a more simple lifeform, and artificial one, he'd have little need for colour as well as that he's made of latex. I know latex isn't naturally black but I think it better reflects it being black :P
