work between commissions. these birds are known as Ramana in Neocria. they're sentient birds with intelligence barely superior to a human's, and insanely inferior in terms of military technology. they're direct sucessors of LaoLao racers and have the ability of flying, running at inane speeds and as a bonus they can harden their feathers, making of their coat an armor as hard as steel and as sharp as a brand new knife. they're really strong, feared combatants even if their technology is inferior.
