Here's Tegans Lycan form.
He was BORN A LYCAN so technically he shifts into a human instead of vice versa BUT he spends most of his time in human form.
he is a will shifter and can shift any time he pleases, yet he chooses not to because he takes a lot of energy.
He can control himself as well as speak in lycan form, outside of a few words that are impossible to pronounce while having a muzzle.
Also he IS bipedal. Not a Quad,
