Ahhh I hope you like it, this character was really fun to work with! I love orange and blue together, this design uses the colors really well C: And I love drawing bears aaahhh snuggly babies! He seemed to me like a real sassy little dude, and I hope the way I've drawn him matches up with your idea of him xDD
