Got a new sketchbook and this is the first page. I wasn't comfortable sketching in this book yet at the time, so I worked pretty hard on the first page. :T
Was inspired to buy one from being able to sketch in the art book of the magnificent  Lizeh
I still don't know what I want to sketch on the cover yet.

Since a few people asked, and to quell any potential future questions:
white = gelly roll gel pen
lines = micron 0.45mm brown/sepia
shading = prisma color light cerulean blue
dark blue = sharpie marker super fine point
The black bits = idk but it looks like this
blushing = scrapbook marker (basically a paint marker you dont have to shake)
Sketchbook = earthbound recycled sketchbook
