= - =FINALLY I've got a reference sheet of myself! And it only took a school assignment to get it done! Yay!
So yeah, I'm currently in Concept Art for Gaming, and our midterm was to create a nicely laid-out reference sheet of a character of your own creation in more-or-less the fashion you see here. I probably should have gone with a brand new character, but... in the end I couldn't help but be narcissistic and do myself. ^..^
Holy hell, though, it really kicked my ass to do this by today! (Had to send it to the campus print shop so that it can be printed out 20" x 28" so it can be framed later.) I never settled on any sort of costume for myself, so I had to throw what I've got on there really fast. Probably going to fix it up later, especially since I have SAI! Woot!
Anyways, despite me having to rush with the costuming and coloring, I really like how this turned out overall, maybe because it's the best looking thing I've made so far. :P

I must say, I really enjoy his design! Such awesome colors, so sleek, and yet cute with a hint of attitude. Definitely an appropriate video game hero character. :D
What might the game be about? Seems like he'd work pretty well with a Banjo-Kazooie or Ratchet & Clank style platformer, perhaps. :3

Heh, well, I wasn't really thinking of an actual game that he would be a part of, since the character has been around for years as my avatar and as a supporting character for my story. But now that you mention it, hm...
Well, the weapons that I gave him were meant to be similar in use to Kratos's blades from God of War, though his species is more prone to stealth hunting and going through trees like what's-his-face in Assassin's Creed III. But on top of that, despite his grrr-expressions he's normally a goofy prankster silly-butt that would be best shown off in a game like Ratchet & Clank or Sly or Spyro or Banjo-Kazooie.
So if there were a game to be made based solely around him, I'd say it'd most likely be for an action-adventure game, with God of War III style gameplay, a maturity level of TLoS: Dawn of the Dragon and stealth elements from Assassin's Creed III. Storyline would probably have to do with surviving on his homeworld while it's being invaded by bad guys and hunting down his species.
