Bound means that, when you give her an Alteration, she gets +2 to all PEs (PE means Pleasuring Experience -- the four numbers below the heart icon, which show much pleasure she can give in bed to each gender). She also can't swing (enter bed on offense, "attack"). She can only put out (enter bed on defense, "defend").
Now, let's take a look at an Alteration that you can put on her!
Sukouri's Mask doesn't do anything when you first put it on (though it does make its wearer even more beautiful). However, in Mogi's case, it activates her Bound skill, giving her +2 to all PEs and putting her solely on defense.
The power in Sukouri's Mask is that you can take it off easily, by paying 1 AP (1 Action Point -- you get 10 AP per turn). Then the altered Furre will get +20 stamina (in Mogi's case, she'll go up to 15 stamina -- the number next to the heart icon printed on Mogi's card is her maximum stamina).
See the strategy? First, put Sukouri's Mask on Mogi to make her a strong defender. Then, when you're ready to swing, take the mask off to both replenish her stamina and take her out of her Bound defensive position!
