The idea of having mouths in his arms from where more mouths come from that thus create the hands and arms is fascinating. The face in his chest reminds me of this one boss in Dragons Dogma.

I thought so. It was based on various medieval demon depictions I've found, where they just kinda put faces on every joint O_o Looked kinda cool!
