Whoooooo

I made this for my boyfriend. We've been together for three years and since we've been together I said I'd make him a Mew. Well. I can make costumes, but I'm not generally very good at plushes. I can make ponies on a good day, but they're a little simpler than a Pokemon in the body, and I'm a stickler for accuracy. My Mews sucked.

Now, I've been crocheting for years, and I'd tried to crochet a Mew but I tried to make it as one big piece. Well, that doesn't work. I had no clue how to make a plush.

So now here we are, I learned how to crochet toys and I decided to make my own plush patterns. He's life size and pretty damn cute, if I do say so. I'll be making myself a shiny Mew to match this one, and then I'll be able to make a set price to take commissions on them. I'm thinking around 50 or 60 usd but I may be low balling it, we'll see.

My next project is a Celebi, everyone's been asking for one since I made this booger.
