So basically you just pixilize any photo and draw what you see? I wish I had the program to pixilize and do my own cause this looks interesting.

There are free programs online that let you do it. Head over to Lunapic.com - they have tons of tools, including this pixelization feature.

Very interesting work. :) I remember seeing that original one some time back and wondering why more people weren't trying it out. Seems like a cool idea. In any case, great job with this. I can definitely see the lion on the left side (it's actually amazing how clearly I can see it ), and I really like the painterly effect you did on the right side. Very nice work.

Thank you, Robbo! I tried to play with the brush strokes and to minimize the amount of time I work on these. I take way too long for even a simple sketch and I have to get out of that bad habit. This was a relief though.
