Well, Tennis is a sport where you have to spring alot...I'd imagine it'd be hard with such....conditions.

I could imagine other sports that might be awkward

golf (can't see ball), pool (everyone stares as she bends over to shoot), baseball (two words: centripetal force), ladies football (padding problems), limbo (duh).

some she might be good at (but would still be cute to see)

fishing (unless she catches a frisky one), bocce ball, poker (maybe), kart racing (might be a tad topheavy though)

anyway I for one would love to see u do some of these
