Or actually titled "A Dance in a Pool For Two"
A never to be told story.... *Tells anyway*
A storming, dark night, lightning crackle threw the sky, rain pouring by the tanker louds, the ocean roars in a ferocious rage. All the creatures took shelter on high grounds as a tsunami flooded the lands of the cliffs that once stood high and proud, on guard watching over the ocean's wrath as it use to viciously beat on the base of the high cliffs that once protected the land's mysteries and kept out the mysteries that lived in the depths of the great blue.
This night was the night that the ocean rose up and washed over the cliffs as the world shook beneath them. Homes, villages, and forests in the lowlands, flooded and drowned that night, items and debris stolen and swept away as the tremors stopped and the ocean pulls away.
The morning, a lone snake prowled the drenched lands in search for food or precious treasures the ocean may had uncovered or left behind. Hours passed as the lone snake came across two menacing, let scroungy creatures attacking a smaller, feminine looking creature. No questions of who or what these new trespassers are, slithers goes the large, lone snake, tackles one and slams the other with his thick long tail, wrapping around the and constricting ever so tightly till the run dizzy from the lack of air, finally throwing them out of his territory.
Looking at the weakened and almost lifeless figure the snake took his time to observe, a "taur" almost like his, bathles the snake as he thought that he and his sibling where the only "scaly taurs" of the high cliffs, till he notices long drenched wing-like frills protruding sides and tail tip, weakly flapping in the small surrounding puddles. The snake sat to think, staring at the weak, rippling frills and it finally dong dong him, "fish....Water!" he thought, taking the sickly, weak feminine creature into his arms, and looks around got water. Seeing a small shallow crater now filled from the ocean, he slithers over and lays her in.
Days passed as the snake nurses the fish carefully in secrecy, bringing her bit's of food hoping she'd be able to wake up from her wounds. Fashioning a gown from cloth and thick warm fabrics to fit her beautiful pure white and blue tinted tail and keep her warm, carefully dressing the healing fish.
The fish slowly opens her eyes, peering at the lone snake's figure as he is facing away from her, making food. Pushing herself up leaning on her koi-like tail. The water dripping off surprises the lone snake and he turns his head to watches her as she looks around the area, tiered and confused, the snake sets his boll mixing down and slithers to the edge of the shallow pool, towering over the fish as she looked at the gown she is wearing. Seeing the snakes reflection around her, she looked up at him, innocently and....*yawns*
Okay leaving at that....
