Thanks! She's supposed to be a paladin. Someone pointed out recently that even though halfling paladin might seem like a poor combination in 3.5, a good charisma means the character's got ludicrous saving throws by 2nd level... and still has that devastating bonus with thrown weapons. I figured it'd make sense to have someone who'd throw javelins and then close.
