I love the diaper pin in the mouth.

I love that about clot diapers, theres something about that isnt there. my daddy does that with me sometimes and for some reason that little gesture just makes me feel really small. odd huh

Yeah, it's a funny thing. I don't know if I wore cloth diapers as an actual baby, and I don't think I did, so I don't know if it taps into my own actual memories. But...as a kid, I would often see cartoons where characters wore cloth diapers with safety pins, and when they would get changed, you'd often see the character who was changing them have the diaper pin in their mouth while doing it. It's like you said, for some reason that small detail really adds in a sense of comfort and security, and it's hard for me to say exactly why I enjoy it so much.

I know what you mean ... I was supposedly in cloth diapers as a (chronological) baby, according to my dad, but I don't remember that at all. Well, there are photos to prove it. But anyway, something about them just takes me back.

I once put my koala bear plushie in a huge number of diapers... I think he was in 8 Huggies size 6 diapers for a little while. It was just silly. No way he could have even possibly sprung a leak ;)

Now the plushie's protected from even the worst leaks! So cute Gem!!
